These terms apply to website work delivered by The Site Way. If something specific is agreed in writing for your project, that agreement wins over this page.
We build a website based on the material you send and the scope we agree together. The final scope depends on the package, any add-ons and the material you provide.
Prices are shown on the website unless we agree something else in writing. Payment is due as agreed for the project or subscription. If a draft is produced first, you only pay when the draft has been approved, unless we agree otherwise.
You are responsible for the accuracy of text, images, logos, opening hours, prices and legal information you send us. We may edit wording for clarity, spelling and layout.
Domain registration, hosting, email and other outside services are sold by third parties. Their own terms and prices apply.
Once the site is live, small changes can be handled according to the package or subscription you chose. Bigger changes may be quoted separately.
If work has already started, we may invoice for time and work already done. Subscription services can be cancelled according to the notice period we agree in writing or show on the site.
We are not responsible for loss caused by third-party outages, blocked accounts, payment provider issues or changes made by others outside our control.
